How do I book a Niseko Direct Shuttle?
You can book your Niseko Direct Shuttle in advance through our website. Seats are limited, so please book early.
*Reservations can be made until 5:00 PM the day before departure.
What happens if the shuttle service is canceled due to bad weather?
Please check the service status on our website. We will also notify you via email if the service is canceled. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your credit card.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made by 5:00 PM, 8 days before the departure date, are free of charge. Cancellations made after this period may incur partial or full charges depending on the cancellation date.

Until when can I change my reservation?
You can change your reservation until 5:00 PM on the day before departure. please note that cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the reservation change or cancellation.

Can I make a reservation on the day of travel if there are available seats?
Reservations can be made until 5:00 PM on the day before travel. We operate on a reservation-only basis, but if there are available seats on the day of travel, you can book by phone.
I completed my reservation, but I didn't receive a confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk email folder as the email may have been filtered there due to your email security settings.
I can't make a reservation on the website.
If the system shows no availability or an error occurs during booking, please contact us. For inquiries after 5:00 PM on the day before travel, please contact us by phone and provide your reservation number.
Are there any discounts for students, people with disabilities, seniors, or round-trip tickets?
We do not offer any of these discounts. The only available discount is the early bird campaign for reservations made before the end of September.

Is there a restroom break during the trip?
There is one restroom break during the trip. For more details, please refer to the itinerary and schedule.
What is the schedule for the shuttle service?

Are seats assigned on the bus?
All seats on the bus are unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
How much luggage can I bring on the bus?
You may bring up to two pieces of carry-on luggage per person.
Can I bring large luggage?
Each passenger can store one set of ski/snowboard equipment and one other item (e.g., a suitcase) in the trunk. If you have more than two items or exceptionally large luggage, you may not be able to board.
Is eating and drinking allowed on the bus?
Please keep food and drinks to a minimum to avoid disturbing other passengers. Please take all trash with you when you leave the bus.
What should I do if I leave something on the bus?
Please contact us. Provide your reservation number when making inquiries.

How long does it take to get to the NDS counter from the international terminal? (Connection time between flight and bus)
From international arrivals to the reception counter: allow at least 90 minutes.
From domestic arrivals to the reception counter: allow at least 45 minutes.
What do I need at the NDS counter?
